- How to know the policy limitations and covered services?
Download the GlobeMed Fit App, login to the insurance section, then press “My Policy” and check “Benefits details”. Through it you can view your annual ceiling, service type limits, and know the applied copayment (percentage of the patient share, paid upon having the service provided according to the policy agreement). Please note, the copayment is also mentioned on the medical card for the medical providers’ use. Additionally, all the above details can be shared by your HR department upon request.
